Sanyo DP26648 26" LCD HDTV w/ Digital Tuner
Great low price High Definition TV
This unit has a television special, has 2 HDMI inputs, a USB input and three composite video inputs. Also has a practical function, the audio output to your stereo if you want. There was a great color really shines with my Xbox 360 and Blu Ray. The price is great and you can not really make a big difference between the image and is a set of equal size 26 "1080p. This package, like many others, 720p can be as high as 1080i, this means that if you Setting this size is not increased from 2 to $ 300 to 1080p.

Large and marketing, the only reason I can not go with 5 stars that this image may require some changes to make things right. And the music is different from that video. Other than that business is good, and sometimes you can find for $ 290 at Wal-Mart too.

Sanyo PLV Z60 - LCD projector - 1200 ANSI lumens - 1280 x 720 - widescreen Review

Sanyo PLV Z60 - LCD projector - 1200 ANSI lumens - 1280 x 720 - widescreen

My projector has lasted 4 months and 92 hours. As the unit of origin, have been silent "buzz" and I was in two minds on a security model. I think my projector mounted in an air-conditioned smoke-free environment on a special headlamps that flow of air many insurers. I even had to clean the filter after the first 50 hours. I never ran the projector at least 1 hour at a time when shortening fast starts and stops, the life of the lamp. My previous projector (Panasonic AE-100) lasted 4 years and 2400 hours on the same light - is still ongoing, and runs back down when my Sanyo projector.

After the 92 hours mentioned above, turned off the lamp. E 'was good, the day before, and when I went to leave the next day there was an arc, sputtering noise and the projector.

I called Sanyo, and organized the Go for unity in the service (who spoke before the buzz) - I do not think it could be the focus at this point - and sent.

I return a fax that was repaired my unit and received the next day. The type of information is in the spotlight "Change is right - Lamp". I do not know why the fax said, my unit was repaired. I only use the information when I saw the projector.
Sanyo PLV Z60 - LCD projector - 1200 ANSI lumens - 1280 x 720 - widescreen

I think a lamp that was booming from the start and lasted 93 hours and 4 months, deserves a bit 'of kindness. Sanyo lamp warranty only for 90 days, regardless of hours. A new lamp is about $ 300.

I worked with a producer of excellent projector, who have contacted their local Sanyo. The representative agreed that it was "very unusual" for the failure is premature, but not replace, or some form of discount on a new lamp.

It is already a costly mistake. The website of Sanyo is no customer service line to speak. I feel cheated and can plan how many people know as I can.

Oh, Sanyo, just to tell you that I am a real person is my QRP "repair" 0052874

What a disappointment!

I am not an expert in HDTV. We wanted a lowish price-TV, and believes that HDTV was the way the right way, because there are much more expensive. I got this for $ 387 at Walmart. I will do with the fact that I do not know (not know), much to the world of HD, even on an HDTV or electronics in general preface. I am a graphic designer, but I'm picky about the resolution and color. My impressions so far:

1. The set-up is not intuitive for those who do not know much about television. I think we should adopt a more holistic approach, specifically included in the explanation of the boxes of cable. I know this is not really the responsibility of television, but to explain the difference between 720p and anything else that would be very useful. The cable company finally told me everything.

2. It has nothing to do with this tv, but with a 16:9 ratio HDTV in general: Please note that most cable channels will focus at the center of the screen so you're not really the full 26-inch because most television is not broadcast in widescreen format.

3. With my non-HD cable box, the picture was really bad. Really bad. Ghost images, pixel and, above all, worse than my regular, not HDTV. With the HD cable box, HD channels are fantastic, but I still think that the picture looked better than the normal channel non-HDTV. Not a big difference, and it's worth it for the long-HD, but still significant.

4. The HD picture is very beautiful and rich in contrast and brighter than others I've seen in the shop. I see no real problem with the display of both. The image seems a bit 'in red, brass, and check the color does not seem much to do. I wish there were better color control.
Sanyo DP26746 - 26" LCD TV - widescreen - 720p - HDTV

Maybe HDTV dummy like me can help. I am happy with the TV. This is not the best TV I've ever seen, but I did what I think is a very reasonable price. And I believe that many of my complaints are not "normal" HD channels are smaller and less clearly on this TV than they are, in my usual place, with no HD.Sanyo DP26746 - 26" LCD TV - widescreen - 720p - HDTV
